MIG1206-1P-T
12 kV impulse generator with CWG, 1-Phase CDN and 10/700
Compact impulse generator ideal for telecom applications. The integrated 32 A Coupling Decoupling Network (CDN) applies the 12 kV Combination Wave Generator (CWG) impulse acording to IEC 61000-4-5. A 10/700 us impulse to 6 kV extends the test range to include ITU-T K44 basic and enhanced testing.
MIG1206-1P is a Combination Wave Generator (CWG) combined with single phase Coupling Decoupling Network (CDN) into a compact bench top unit. The integrated 32A CDN allows superimposing the impulse onto AC power lines in both differential and common modes according to IEC 61000-4-5. The high voltage surge impulse can be used for testing electrical equipment and also SPD circuits installed in the power main to IEC 61643-1. In addition, a 6 kV 10/700us impulse is integrated, making this generator ideal for ITU-T K44 telecom applications The peak impulse voltage and current are indicated on the front panel display. Two BNC monitor outputs enable display of the voltage and current wave shapes on an oscilloscope.
