MIG2412SPD
Compact impulse generator for SPD testing
MIG2412SPD can be used for efficient testing of clamping, crowbar and combined surge protection devices to meet IEC 61643-11 class I, II and III requirements
MIG2412SPD is a 24 kV compact impulse generator with high voltage terminals on top and an integrated single phase Coupling Decoupling Network (CDN). It generates a 1.2/50µs voltage impulse up to 24 kV, an 8/20 µs current impulse up to 12 kA and a Combination Wave (CWG) impulse of 24 kV / 12 kA. A 6 kV combination wave impulse is also available. MIG2412SPD can be used with a range of accessories which enable efficient testing of clamping, crowbar and combined surge protection devices to meet IEC 61643-11 standard class I, II and III requirements.
